There is a girl sitting in a large hall. Despite her small body, the light from her eyes spouts strong force. Did General Naaman’s little girl servant have the same spirit?

General Naaman was a leper and had a girl servant who was an Israelite captive. One day, she told Naaman to go to Elisha and he did. Elisha ordered him to do a rediculous thing: “Go and wash in the Jordan seven times.” Hearing this, Naamans was angry and began to head back to his home. But then, the little girl went to him and said “My father, it is a great word the prophet has spoken to you; will you not do it? Has he actually said to you, ‘Wash, and be clean’?” Accepting her advice, he did what Elisha told him to do and was cleaned.

One who has a strong trust in God can tell the world which looks huge about God who is alive and making history. Those who know that God is our creator and loves us can have a sympathy with souls and suggest the way to live beyond social classes like Naaman’s little girl.[GnP News]

“I am the LORD; I have called you in righteousness; I will take you by the hand and keep you; I will give you, as a covenant for the people, a light for the nations, to open the eyes that are blind, to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon, from the prison those who sit in darkness.”(Isaiah 42:6~7_ESV)
