A little boy with his bare feet looks with a smile on the face. It’s not a day for a kindergarten picnic or a church outing, today. It’s the day where the poor can get some food distributed for free because of COVID-19.

Now, in India, tens of thousands of city people are heading back to their hometowns because of COVID-19. Every single social activity has been halted. There’s no work and no income. However, there are many people, who are so terribly poor that they can’t go back to their hometowns in this crisis. Pator Vijay Kumar hit the road for them with some food. Only one reason to share this food: Jesus Christ. It’s because he received an eternal life from Jesus without any pay. Though we didn’t ask for it from Him first, Jesus has visited us beforehand.

The Lord knew that we couldn’t go in front of him because of our sin, so He took the Cross instead of us Himself. He died on the Cross and gave us the life with which we could become the children of God. We should give away without pay because we received with no pay. Jesus, himself, came to us and, likewise, we go first to them without requests of the poor. After they received this love from Jesus, wouldn’t they share it with somebody else in the future? The life of Jesus is streaming this way right now.[GnP News]

“Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay.”(Matthew 10:8_ESV)
