Watermelons, oranges and bananas… colorful appetizing tropical fruits are stacked at a market in Rwanda. I can imagine farmers’ earnest and hardworking throughout which they cultivated their fields, sowed seeds, watered to make the fruits born. Before that, however, there first was God’s care: He, the Creator of all things in the world, gave timely rain —the early rain and the later one— and shone the sun light on all plants.
Like this, God who created mankind takes care of, feeds and dresses lives with His love. When we get to know this side of God’s character, we can trust Him and feel peace with joy and gratefulness in any circumstances. I hope I can taste God’s good by His descendants, which fruits of lives, also feed souls around the world.
“And if you will indeed obey my commandments that I command you today, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, he will give the rain for your land in its season, the early rain and the later rain, that you may gather in your grain and your wine and your oil.
